Eagles can live up to 70 years because they appear mentally strong.
After about 40 years, most eagle’s claws are no longer sharp enough to hunt, its beak has become bent and blunt and its feathers are thicker. The eagle has two options; either it dies or it goes through a change.
Some eagles decide to go into the mountains to crush its beak on a rock until it falls out. With the old beak out, a new beak can grow. With the new beak the eagle rips out its claws and new ones grow in. Then, the eagle plucks out its feathers to allow new ones. This journey lasts about 150 days, but the eagle gets to extend his life!
Sometimes we need to get rid of our old self so a new and better version can emerge. So join me in your fitness journey and stay fit together!
